Be in a comfy position or if you cannot just take a quite few minutes away from distraction.

Relax your shoulders.

Put a hand on your heart space and hand on your tummy.

Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts, you should experience the air moving through your nostrils into your abdomen, making your stomach expand. During this type of breathing, make sure your stomach is moving outward while your chest remains relatively still.

Hold for 2 counts and then exhale slowly for 5 counts.

Repeat these steps several times for best results.
